Cancellations, Refunds and Payments

The full payment for the service booked is required at the time of booking, with the exception of tongue-tie release.

 

Tongue-tie release will only be carried out following an initial assessment. The treatment, benefits, risks and suitability will be discussed and agreed with you before proceeding. If a tongue-tie release is carried out, an additional invoice will be issued for the procedure.

 

All appointments are typically booked at short notice and are in high demand. Appointments are often available within a few days of booking. Once you accept an appointment, that appointment time is reserved exclusively for you and is no longer available to another family.

 

Payment must be made by bank transfer within 4 hours of booking. If payment has not been received within this time, your appointment may be cancelled and offered to another family.

 

If you need to change or cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice, I will be happy to offer you an alternative appointment or provide a refund.

 

If you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours’ notice, no refund will be given. This is because the appointment time has been reserved specifically for you and it may not be possible to offer it to another family at short notice.

 

If you need to cancel due to an exceptional circumstance, for example, your baby being admitted to hospital, please contact me as soon as possible. I will do my best to offer you an alternative appointment.

 

If I need to cancel your appointment in the very rare circumstance that I am unable to attend, I will offer you an alternative appointment and/or provide a full refund.
